Sponsor Opportunities 25-26

We are pleased to announce the 2026 Georgia Academy of Audiology convention! This year’s 
convention will be a two-day event: Thursday, February 12th and Friday, February 13th, 2026. 

• Table selection will be offered on a first come, first serve basis for sponsors.  
• Exhibitors will be assigned to tables by our committee.  
• Convention attendees will be given exhibitor “passports” to encourage visits to each 
table. Completed cards will be entered into a raffle for prizes.  
• All sponsors and exhibitors are kindly asked to donate at least one item to the silent 
auction. Items can range from organization specific products (hearing aids, accessories) 
to services or items not specific to your organization (massages, tech items, food gift 
cards, gift baskets).

• Deadline for this application is 10/31/25. 
• Please complete the online application.  Credit card payment is preferred, but if checks 
are the only option for your company, please mail to: Georgia Academy of Audiology, 
PO Box 420786, Atlanta, GA 30342. This has not always been the GAA mailing address.
